Books can shape history makers. As we head into Black History Month, let’s celebrate the authors writing for today’s readers and tomorrow’s future history makers. Let us amplify their voices so that today’s youth can see and read books with people who look like them as the heroes. Seeing ourselves in art and in the media and being represented in this way is vital. Join Melanin in YA in equipping today’s readers with the best of the best. Works by Black creators and for today’s young Black creators.
